Featured Project

Our featured project is a private residence in Greenwood, Indiana.

Easy Living Landscapes has provided three important pieces towards realizing the homeowners wants & needs. At the start of the project Easy Living Landscapes provided the owners with a long range masterplan which renovated the existing landscape, provided an enhanced outdoor living space with waterfeature and helped to re-establish the continuity of the existing wooded canopy.

For the homeowners’ enjoyment, the second phase of the project was the creation of a new lower patio with an integrated pond & waterfall. Easy Living Landscapes managed the installation on time and under budget, an added bonus for the owners.

The final phase completed was the planting of native canopy trees to replace a stand of wild cherries and box elder that were dying and leaving voids in the wooded canopy. The wooded canopy was the reason the owners chose the property when they built their home. As the new trees mature they will fill in and maintain the woodland feeling that the homeowners enjoy so much.

Detail of Services

Design

Our Design service includes the following:

• 1-2 Meetings with homeowner or project owner to determine landscaping needs
• Site visits by Easy Living Landscapes for measurement and/or visual concept (availability of plot plans and digital photos may eliminate the need for site visits).
• Landscape Design completed and presented to owner.

Design is typically priced at a flat rate based on the size of the project. Estimates are provided at initial meeting.

Design Plus

Our Design Plus services include the following:

• All listed above under Design services.
• Plant selection and layout (if applicable).
• Material supply and layout (if applicable).

Project owner would be responsible for installation. Pricing would include design, materials and a delivery/layout fee. An estimate is provided when materials are selected and verified.

Design Complete

Our Design Complete services include the following:

• All listed above for Design Plus services.
• All other requirements for complete installation of project.
• May include use of subcontractors and other specialists.

This service could also include project management of larger scale projects, whether designed by Easy Living Landscapes or not. Complete proposal will be provided after initial meeting and will cover details of services as well as estimated cost.
